Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages, service updates, technician dispatch notifications, estimate follow-ups, and customer support communications to customers who have submitted a service request or booked an appointment with Uncle Carl's AC Company LLC through our website or via our service request forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
